A beacon of hope and innovation

Established in October 2018, Oyam Institute of Sciences and Technology (OIST) is a private, not-for-profit TVET provider serving Northern Uganda and beyond. OIST is ISO 9001:2015 certified and is committed to quality in teaching and institutional management. Guided by Uganda’s TVET Act, 2025, the Institute offers competence-based Medical Technology Education and applied technology training. Through real-life projects, the OIST National Service Scheme and its partnership with the United Young Innovators Foundation, learners apply scientific knowledge to practical challenges. OIST prepares skilled, ethical and innovative technicians for healthcare, industry, enterprise and community service.

The SERVFAIL problem still needs fixing

The SERVFAIL problem still needs fixing. If the domain doesn't resolve, none of this will work. Hi Vercel Team and Community, I am attempting to add our institution domain (oist.edu.ug) and its subdomains (such as www.oist.edu.ug) to our Vercel project. When attempting verification, Vercel requests a TXT ownership record at _vercel.edu.ug rather than _vercel.oist.edu.ug. Because edu.ug is managed by the national registry, individual domain holders cannot add DNS records at the _vercel.edu.ug root. The .edu.ug suffix has been officially confirmed and added upstream to the Public Suffix List (PSL). Could you please update the platform's internal PSL dataset so that domains under .edu.ug are recognized as registrable apex domains? Thank you!

In that dream, he was led up a mountain, and along the journey, he was shown countless people suffering in many different ways. There were the wounded, in desperate need of nursing and care.
